I have 365 consecutive dates listed from B3:B368.

Across row 2, every 2nd column also contains a date, the date will always be higher than the date showing on the previous 2 columns (ie K2 will be higher than I2, never the same or lower).

How do I set a conditional format so that where the date in BX matches Y2 the cell colour is Green?

Also, for ALL cells in the column after the dates match I wish for them to be a different colour.

Anyone able to help?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
use a formula in the conditional format

=$B3=C$2
(note the use of $)

Applies to (on the formula list under conditional formatting)
Should be the range of your data $B$3:$Z$368?
