Conditional Formatting: Highlight entire row if cell value is between two numbers

I'm trying to figure out how to format the table so that the entire row highlights yellow if the value in column P is between 7% and 10% (using conditional formatting).

Please help. Thank you in advance.

=AND($P1>=0.07,$P1<=0.1)
