Conditional formatting ignore blanks

Hi thanks for the formula for conditional formating to ignore N/A but I've just tested and and realised I need to ignore empty cells as well in U2 and not change the colour how do this the suppled formula is =AND(O2>U2,O2<>"N/A")

=AND(O2>U2,O2<>"N/A",U2<>"")

you may need $ if you are colouring the row

=AND($O2>$U2,$O2<>"N/A",$U2<>"")

is N/A -= text or an ERROR result in O2 ??
