Conditional formatting - macro

Hey everybody. I am new here and need help

every month i have table with lots of columns comparing last month 2011/last month 2010 - percentage. I need to paint green (positive) and red(negative) every column based on last cell in column. Is there a way to automate it, make a macro, so that i select a column and it applyes conditional format based on last cell in that column?

each column should be formatted based on last cell in that column
