I have four named ranges
I need a conditional formatting formula (of course this one dosen't work)

=countif($A1,namedrange1,namedrange2,namedrange3,namedrange4)>1

so if whats in cell A1 shows up in one of the four named ranges then the count would be greater than 1 and my conditional formatting would work ( I hope )

Hope this makes sense

Thanks
Rick

Like this...

=COUNTIF(rng1,A1)+COUNTIF(rng2,A1)+COUNTIF(rng3,A1)+COUNTIF(rng4,A1)>1
