Conditional Formatting on Pivot Tables

Hi All
I'm trying to apply conditional formatting to a pivot table, where a patient has been seen by more than one Provider in a day.
See attached image where John, Albert has seen two providers. I'd like John's name to highlight, or anyone else who meets the criteria.

Some people see the same provider twice in one day, that's OK, I don't need anything for that.

Note: the data will change every day, so the pivot size will also change.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards

Cal

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
One way of doing it: highlighting the counter, not the name though, but using the pivot fields.

Alternative (not using the pivot fields) but dummy range. Notice this dummy range can be a virtual range that resizes with your pivot automatically.

Small correction on previous reply: I'm not so sure 'bout the dynamic range working in the Applies to of CF. I thought I saw a video on from an MPV, commented by Mr Excel, it was possible since a certain release. But at my end, it does not work.
