Good evening,

Hope you are all well.

I have a spreadsheet which I cannot post as my Mr Excel BB XL2BB is not working.

So I have a column BV which I am typing information into. I have set up a column BW with "=LEN(BVn)" entered into it.

I would like either BV or BW Column (it doesn't matter which) to take on a fill colour when the length of BV exceed 155 characters. Is this possible please and what would the code be for it?

And if not, I am happy to create another column adjacent which just takes on the fill if necessary. I just need a visual indicator.

Thank you in advance.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
FALSE ALARM!

Managed to crack it. Only took me 31 minutes...

I'm absolutely rubbish with conditional formatting.
