Conditional Formatting Question

Hi All,

I have a column of data where I want to highlight duplicate numeric values but only if there is an even number of them.

Is there a Formula that can achieve this?

If you have space to use a helper column:

=IF(MOD(COUNTIF($A$1:$A$100,A1),2)>0,"YES","")

If the number of duplicates is even this returns YES.

Now reference the YES for the conditional format.
