Is a formula needed in Excel 2010 to have cells change to red/yellow/green depending on what date it is w.r.t today. I need to have something like in column R which has dates:

7-30 days

Col R
22/02/11 cell highlighted in red
23/02/11 cell highlighted in red
24/02/11 cell highlighted in red
.
.

4-7 days
17/03/2011 cell highlighted in yellow
17/03/2011 cell highlighted in yellow

Thanks all
