Conditional Formatting using IF & Rank

Hi again,

I am trying to set conditional formatting so that only the cell in a named range (JanErrors) with the highest value to be shaded red.

I have used a named range because the data is separated by subtotals so appears on the table across a number of 'sections'.

I have tried entering the following formula in the conditional formatting box;

=IF(RANK($C5,JanErrors,0)="1",0,0)

Then set the formatting to red, but it doesn't seem to do anything...

Any ideas?

:)
