Conditional Formatting with Excel 2010

Hi,..When highlighting a column and using Condition Formatting, say you have a list of numbers, is there any way you can highlight a cell if it is a certain amount higher than the next closest in value cell.

Meaning for example, highlight a cell which is 10 points higher than the second top rated cell.

So you woudl like to find the first top rated or other MAX value?

Assuming the range of interest is A2:A20.

You can use the "formula option" and use a formula like this...

=AND(A2=MAX(A$2:A$20),A2-LARGE(A$2:A$20,2)>=10)
