I need a conditional formatting formula for meeting two conditions.

Sheet 1:
Course NameCourse Enrollment #
English20

Sheet 2:

Course NameCourse Max
English18

I am seeking a conditional formatting formula that formats Sheet1 B2 if (Sheet1 A2 = Sheet2 A:A) AND if (Sheet 1 B2 > Sheet 2 B:B).

Any assistance is appreciated.
