Hi all,

For some reason (possibly the amount of cold medicine in my system), I am having issues setting up the conditional formatting for this sheet and would greatly appreciate some help. These seem like an easy task, but for some reason, everything I do is wrong. I feel like I am having a syntax error somewhere. Let me set the scene..

All of this conditional formatting is for column F. Column F defaults to red prior to conditional formatting.
  • If Column F is "Not Ready", red.
  • If Column C is greater than 3, red.
  • If Column C is between 1.00 and 1.99, orange.
  • If Column C is between 2.00 and 2.99 and Column E is not "No" (This column will show date/time if a sanitize step has been re-conducted.), yellow
  • If Column C is less than 1.00, green.
Thanks in advance,

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Issue resolved. My issue was the quotation marks it was auto-inserting for me. Removed those and have no issues.
