Conditional Formatting

Is it possible to create a rule that states...if A3 has any text A1 will change red BUT if A3 begins with OP it turns green? I can make two seperate rules but the first overrides the second and it can ONLY contain OP when I do it. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi,

First Rule: =LEFT(A3,2)="OP"
Second Rule: =LEN(A3)<>0

Unfortunatley that didn't work properly. Is there anyway to make one formula for this?

In what way didn't it work?

You can't do it with one formula as you want two different formats.

It made A1 red without any text in A3. Thank you for your help. I do have it working with multiple formuals, I was hoping I could do it with just one formula
