Conditional Formatting

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if I could get some help. I know it's prob an easy one for everyone. I just need a create a conditional formula that reads another cell.

e.g.I need it to read cell 1A which will only have Yes or No and to conditional format 1B if the number is equal to or higher than 20.

You can use the Formula evaluation:

=IF(AND(A1="YES"),B1>=20)

But your example is the opposite of your description with 19 being formatted?
