Conditional Formatting

Hi,

Is there a way to apply conditional formatting based on another cells value? In other words, I want C3 to turn red if it's value is greater than the value displayed in B3. I'd rather copy this right down the column rather than manually entering each actual value.

How do I apply that to the rest? C4/B4, etc
