Conditional Formatting

I am using Excel 2007.

I need a very simple conditional formatting.

When Cell A1 = YES i need Range C1: F10 change to yellow
When Cell A1 = NO i need range c1:F10 change to Gray

Any ideas?

Put this in as a conditional formula

=$A$1="Yes" and set formating to Yellow

=$A$1="No" and set formatting to Grey

Formula is =$A1="Yes"
Yellow

Formula is =$A1="No"

Good point alpha frog, i forgot to state that you must highlight C1:F10.
