Conditional Formatting

I have applied a conditional format in cell C23 (Formula IS =$D23<"0") which makes the numbering visible when text is entered into D23. However I would also like to make the number visible if text is entered into E23 and not D23.

ie How do I make the numbering in C23 visible if text is entered into either D23 or E23.

traclay, I think I have got the logic the right way around here.

Set the text colour to whatever you want it to be when visible.

Use this formula

=AND(ISBLANK(D23),ISBLANK(E23))=TRUE

and format a Font colour (to match the background) when it's true.
