Hi All,

Just wanted ask a quick question regarding conditional formatting. EG if cell C1's value is greater or less than B1's cell value by 15%, how do I highlight C1's text in red?

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Select cell want to highlight.
Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules... > New Rule...
Rule Type: Format only cells that contain
Rule Description: Cell Value... not between... =$B$1*(100%-15%)... =$B$1*(100%+15%)
[Format]: Font Color [RED]

I tested it... did you possibly set the Conditional Format to "Cell Value... between..." rather than "Cell Value... not between..."?
