Conditionign Formatting Help

Hello,

I'm looking to find a formula to highlight a specific cell if the number is the lowest number in a particular range (without the use of VBS). All of the values will be in the same column and the values will be changed often (hence the highlighted cell could change often)

An Example is:

Column A Column B
Argos 4
Asda 4.5
Tesco 3.7
TRU 4.1

In the above example the range to be "interrogated" would be the data items in Column B and the cell containign the value "3.7" would be highlighted

Any solutions will be welcomed

Did you mean that to be
=B1=MIN($B$1:$B$4)?


Edit: Hmm, OP seems happy - not quite sure how that worked out.

No, I meant B2 - I assumed the data was starting on Row 2.

Ah, in that case the $B$4 should probably have been $B$5 since there are 4 rows of data.

It's ok - I got the gist of the formula and edited it appropriately - I just assumed it was a typo
