Configure a Print Button

Afternoon,

Is there anyway i can configure a print button.
ie margins headers etc. As when my page prints it missus the boarder off thwe page or alternatively shrink to fit the page

Sorry,

Sounding thick, but where would i find this.
The file that has the print button on is used by numerous people, so do you mean each individual will need to check the page setup in Excel before using the form the print button is on?

You can use PageSetup to set your margins etc from within your Useform print button code.
Look up PageSetup in VBA help you will see things like:

With Worksheets(1).PageSetup
    .LeftMargin = Application.InchesToPoints(0.5)
    .RightMargin = Application.InchesToPoints(0.75)
    .TopMargin = Application.InchesToPoints(1.5)
    .BottomMargin = Application.InchesToPoints(1)
    .HeaderMargin = Application.InchesToPoints(0.5)
    .FooterMargin = Application.InchesToPoints(0.5)
End With
