Confirm the Range / Selection contains more than one cell

I have a macro that should only be run if the user has selected two or more cells. How can I check with vba that the Range contains more than one cell?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
