how can I ask the user for confirmation before running Excel macros in VBA?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Add below at the begining of your macro
VBA Code:
If MsgBox("Do you wish to continue? ", vbYesNo) = vbYes Then
        ' rest of your macro
    Else
        
        Exit Sub
    End If
