Im having this issue with one system not communicating with another so I wanted to do a mass update of the other system. What I need your assistance with is compiling an email to the customer that will have two formulas with the the blue chart information to overwrite the yellow chart infomation.
The AP email 1 is the only to email and then the AP secondary email/s first as the cc contact and then any primary contacts cc'd as 2nd, 3,rd, 4th etc.
