Continuation of Tip 64 on Excel 2003 XML Examples

The wonderful tutorial on Tip 64, "Excel 2003 XML Examples for Microsoft Office 2003" carries a promise at the end: "to be continued". However, I cannot locate that continuation on the website. Is it there?

Any help locating it would be appreciated, as the piece that follows is exactly what I need to do now!
