Control Form Appearance

I've been making spreadsheets that use control forms (particularly slider bars). They look awesome on my computer, but when my coworkers open up the same files, they are terribly pixelated and blocky and a light blueish color - very unprofessional looking.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

(Everyone runs Excel 2007 on XP)

Can you please provide us with more detail about the sliders? ie loads pics or how they are setup (also are the computers all the same, screen resolution etc)
