control the size of excel

i have one code that user can put some data in worksheet by userform.
but sometimes user needs to see the data that is in the worksheet.
we can protect workbook and sheet to gather and user can not chenge the data.
but he can to minimize or change the excel size not workbooks.
it will cause that user exit from the code and i can't control it.
is there any code for this problem?
