Conversion of Numbers into English Words

In response to my search a few weeks ago, for the “Conversion of Numbers into English Words”, I was referred to various sites by the members of this forum, from where I have found few VBAs and a utility named ASAP Utilities. Although these VBAs and utility solved my problem somehow but it was annoying that in case of change of figure, user has to run VBA or utility again. In other case the figure would differ from the text and it is very difficult to keep watch on every cell especially in complex tables.
Now I have created a formula, off course with the guidance of valuable members of this forum. I have used =VLOOKUP() and named range “NumText” but due to lack of experience it is very lengthy. Example is given below.
