I have a series of 70 columns each containing about 1200 cells with formulas.

Is there a easy way to covert each column into a table ( ie 1st column points 1-50 and 2nd column is points 51-100 etc)?

At the moment i have cut and paste the data into the table format but this takes time and i have another 70 columns to perform this for.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
When you say points 1-50, do you mean you want the first 50 characters to go into one column, and each additional columnn contains another 50 characters? If not, please provide more information on what kind of data is inside the cells.

Each Column is contains about 1200 arrays that i require to still function and update after i have moved them into a table.

What i really hoped existed was a way to highlight the column and state i wanted the first 50 data points in column 1 the second 50 in column 2 etc.

i have the columns arranged as i do at the moment as this was the quickest was to create the arrays from the source data.

Can you give an example of the data in a cell? I think knowing what the data looks like would help me visualize the correct solution. It sounds like you are going to need custom code written and it would help to see what your source data looks like and also what you are trying to achieve.
