How do you convert a cell like C1 to a list box of three things. Also can said list box be copied to the next row if other cells are added to the row and be blanked out in the new row and allow the user to pick a different one for each row?

Bruce.

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.

I don't think you really can convert a cell to a listbox.

What do you actually mean?

You can use Data|Validation.

Then from Settings tab, select List from the Allow drop down.

In the source box, enter the 3 values separated by commas.

Once done. You can copy and Paste|Special Validations to other cells.

Is this what you mean?

Edit: Norie, we meet again  on the happier Excel forum
