Convert compounding minutes to day names

This may have a very simple answer, I have tried finding it, but in vain.

I have compounting minutes over a time frame. ex: 2,2,3,6,18,56,188,354,1547,2578,... 302380. If less than 1440 is Monday, >10080 and <=11520 is also Monday.

How do I do this in Excel?
