Convert Count to Sum in a pivot table

Hi

A while back I downloaded a free little application which automatically converts all Count values to Sum values in my pivot tables. It seems to have disappeared and I wondered if anyone could help with this.

I'm using Excel 2003 and have tried loads of options to make the data numeric for the Pivot tables to recognise and Sum all figures. Unfortunately I can Sum the first selection but the remaining values automatically Count.
