convert countifs to sumproduct

Hello,

I'm using excel 2003 which doesn't have the COUNTIFS function installed. Does anyone know the syntax to convert the code below to SUMRODUCT?

=COUNTIFS($C$3:$C$21, $F3, $C$4:$C$22, H$2)

=SUMPRODUCT(--($C$3:$C$21=$F3),--($C$4:$C$22=H$2))
