Hi

I need to convert some dates & times into text, but they need to retain their characteristics
i.e. dd.mm.yyyy & hh;mm

Whenever i convert them , they are changed to the decimal value

Any ideas please?

Cheers

You can use the TEXT functio.

So if the date value you want to convert is in cell A1 then you formula would be...

=TEXT(A1,"dd.mmm.yyyy hh;mm")
