Convert fraction minutes to minutes

hi, I want to know, how can I convert fraction minutes to minutes in excel 2003? As example how can I convert 1.01 min to 2 min or 1.58 min to 2 min?
i.e. if cell A1 value is 1.01 then how can it show 2 min in another cell?
