Convert from 100 units to 60 minutes

An OLD oracle database I have calculates TIME by 100 units. For example someone who put in 84 hours and 77 units they are really saying 84 hours and 46 minutes. It's frustrating but I have no power to change the database. I can only write a formula. Currently I leave the hours alone and just pull out the last two decimals. The formula I can use for that is: "=cell*60/100". So I have to break apart 84 hours in column B and .77 Mins in column C then I'll use my calculation =c1*60/100 and then concat cells b1 and c1 for 84.46. There's GOT to be an easier single step calculation. Any ideas?

If you need to convert 84.77 into 84.46, try using =DOLLARFR(A1,60) and rounding the result as needed

If you need to convert 84.77 into 84:46, try using =A1/24 and custom-formatting the cell as [h]:mm
