How can I convert numbers to have a total of 10 digiits?

SO if I have a cell A2 with a number of 123456. I want it to equal 0000123456.

I have cells A2:A1000 that need this done. Some numbers are 5,6, or 7 digits. All need to be 10 digits. Any ideas how to do this quickly and easily??
