Personally, I also do the copy/paste technique...

To copy column by column: In Adobe Reader, Select Tool >Press Alt then click/drag the mouse cursor over the desired column.

nope both those links require you to up load your pdf,they will convert it for you

Thank you for sharing your time..actually I tried but its not working..the file is an excel based that is printed out and I scanned it for the purpose of having it in excel so I can work with it..
