convert several csv files into xlsx

Hello VBA expert,

I have eight folders on the c drive. In each folder i have the same name for the csv file. I need to delete duplicate rows base on one column and save them in the same name of the CSV file but this time with extension xlsx. I am looking like a form where i can put the name of the CSV file then run a macro to update all the eight folders because i need to do this every days. Any help or ideas will be great.
