Can someone please tell me the formula?

I'm not so sure Jeff's formula will work the way you want for the October, Novermber or December (that is, 2-digit month numbers)... I question whether you will want the leading "0" for those months.

It's been raining pretty steady and mildly heavy for a few hours now... the wind has really started to kick up in the last quarter to half hour and the heaviest winds from the storm are still several hours aways. I think it will get pretty bad here when the "eye" actually gets to NJ (it is apparently directly on track for the Atlantic City area). Thanks for asking.
