Hi,

I have got an Access download in excel and the dates have the time attached to them - I am having trouble converting this to just show the date without the time, so I can consolidate the data.

Cheers.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
What format do you have?

If excel recognises the data as a date and time you can extract just the date with

=INT(A1)

where your date/time is in A1
