Currently, I use Excel in-house to enter orders sent via email. General text messages ie: Hi Johnny, I need X yesterday, ship to X, bill to X, etc..
My workbook has several spreadsheets, the consumer information, the invoice, price list, bill to account , packing slip, etc. Fairly simply stuff.
I would like to post my actual spreadsheet online for people to complete, but don't want my formulas and some other information visible.
I found http://www.exceleverywhere.com/excel-asp-net.htm
After some modification in Excel (and Dreamweaver), I got it to convert a simple one line calculation into a web page. It hides my formulas as advertised, and generated the resulting *.aspx pages. But I am having an awful time converting the full workbook. Skipped cells, my logo and graphics go everywhere, it doesn't recognize =UPPER(), unnecessary scroll bars added, just general aggravation stuff.
The software company keeps telling me to send them my spreadsheet and they will convert it for free. I'm not really interested in sending my life's work unlocked to someone.
What other options are available?
Thanks in advance.
