How can I convert 9.615 days which I have for vacation to read or translate what the .615 allows me in a day? Meaning what is .615 of a day? Is there a formula in excel that I can use to crunch it out?

Currently I have the following info (please don't judge me :) )
32 hours floating
44.92 Vacation
Total hours is 76.92
Which translates to 9.615 days (8hr workday/76.92)

I'm trying to make a smoother excel spreadsheet that I can use in the future/going forward to help me translate my hours/days into actual work hours specifically so I know how much of what I can use ....including the 'change' if thats possible.

Thank you

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
You are defining a work 'day' as 8 hours. So, 0.615 'days' is 0.615 x 8 = 4.92 hours.
