Copy a Cond Format in Excel 2007

Morning,
I'm trying to copy a cell that has a CF and paste special format to several other cells. This still only references the copied cell. How can I do this?

When I follow the same procedure and just paste to one other cell it works ok but not on multiple cells???

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
