Copy and Paste Value from Next Cell - Different Worksheet

Hi ALL

I would like to copy and paste the whole row which located from a separate worksheet. The condition is the value must be from Table Total. Screen shot as attached.
I can copy and paste by using = the next worksheet but if I paste it will copy the next row instead of from table Total

Have you written any macro? If yes please share the sheet to understand the query better.

Are you trying to copy data from a table to another worksheet ?
