Copy and pasting formula to capture only every OTHER cell

Column's C-G are capturing data every minute. I'm trying to also capture what is happening every two minutes, starting at column I. When I try to copy/paste the formula started in column's I & J, Excel does not see that I'm trying to only capture every OTHER cell from the table on the left.

In reality I'm trying to capture every two and five minutes; hundreds of columns from market open to market close.

Is there a way to continue the formula in column's I & J, to column K and further?

It works in the example table I created, but it doesn't work when I try to use it in the real, much larger table.

You have added the formula in cell PG2 ... Not in cell I2 ....
...minor detail ....
9 is Column I and 423 is Column PG ....

=OFFSET($C$2,ROW()-2,(COLUMN()-423)*2)
