copy cell to new sheet

i need a formula where if cell in column e is not blank then paste the value in that cell to a new column in another sheet. there will be a lot of blanks in column e and i would like the new column to have no blanks.

Why does this have to be a formula? Why don't you use Data/Filter/Advanced Filter with criteria to remove blanks?
