Copy cell value into multiple selected cells

Hi guys

I want to copy a cell (value, color...eveything) into the cells I have selected with the mouse...can´t get it to work with:

Range("O4").Copy
ActiveCell.Cells.PasteSpecial

The cell is only pasted into the first cell in the selected range...

Any tips?
