Is there a way to copy the conditional formatting output without the formula/conditional format behind it?
For example, I have a weekly count on a weekly worksheet that turn red if they are below a certain value and green if they are above it. I want to copy this weekly count to a summary table on another worksheet, and would like the values to remain red and green however i do not want the conditional formatting behind it, just the color. Is this possible? and if so how do i do it?
TIA for the help!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
I would say not - the colour is only there because of the conditional formatting. You would have to write a VBA routine to cycle through the relevant cells checking whether the condition which CF was using to apply the colours applied to each cell in turn and then hard-colour the cell.

What harm is the CF doing?

I have to paste values because there is a formula in the cell and I want the value not the formula, and if you paste values only it loses all formulas including conditional formatting.
