I have a table (dmVendors) on sheet11 where I want to copy all the data except the field/row names to another sheet sheet9.Range(A2)

I want to paste the data starting in Row 2 on the second sheet which is not a table. My table will vary in the number of Rows and columns

Any help is truly appreciated.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
How about
VBA Code:
Sub gheyman()
   Sheet11.ListObjects("dmVendors").DataBodyRange.Copy Sheet9.Range("A2")
End Sub
